Browse fusiontech.com.bd to "Add to Cart"

  • Explore our wide range of products across categories.
  • Click on a product to view details and specifications.
  • Select products and click "Add to Cart".

০১. fusiontech.com.bd ব্রাউজ করে "পণ্য কার্টে যুক্ত করুন"
আমাদের বৈচিত্র্যময় পণ্যসম্ভার এক নজরে দেখে নিন।
পণ্যে ক্লিক করে বিস্তারিত এবং স্পেসিফিকেশন দেখুন।
পণ্য নির্বাচন করে "Add to Cart" এ ক্লিক করে কার্টে যুক্ত করুন।

Proceed to Checkout

  • Click on the cart icon at the top right corner, once all products are added to the "shopping cart".
  • Click "Checkout" after reviewing shopping cart products and quantities.

০২. Checkout এ যান
সমস্ত পণ্য কার্টে যোগ করার পর, উপরের ডান কোণায় "Shopping cart" আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।
"Shopping cart" এর পণ্য এবং পরিমাণ পর্যালোচনা করে "Checkout" এ ক্লিক করুন।

Complete Checkout Process

Step 1 · Account Information

Click on Checkout, receive OTP if not logged in, and sign up.

ধাপ ১ - অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যঃ "Checkout" এ ক্লিক করুন, লগইন না করা থাকলে "OTP" পাবেন এবং সাইন আপ করুন।

Step 2 · Shipping Method

a. Select district, City/Upazila.

b. Select delivery method:

  • Home delivery
  • Courier
  • Store pickup

c. Select delivery type:

  • Regular
  • Express

Note: The express delivery option will only be visible to customers of Dhaka Metropolitan.

d. Write name, delivery address, and contact number.

e. If the billing address is different click on the checkbox bottom of the page.

ধাপ ২ - শিপিং পদ্ধতিঃ
ক. জেলা, শহর/উপজেলা নির্বাচন করুন।
খ. ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করুনঃ Home delivery, Courier or Store pickup.
গ. ডেলিভারি ধরন নির্বাচন করুনঃ Regular or Express.
নোট: "Express delivery" বিকল্প শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মহানগরের গ্রাহকদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।
ঘ. নাম, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং যোগাযোগ নম্বর লিখুন।
ঙ. যদি বিলিং ঠিকানা আলাদা হয় তবে পৃষ্ঠার নীচে চেকবক্সে ক্লিক করুন।

Step 3 · Payment Information

Choose payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • POS on Delivery
  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile Banking

ধাপ ৩ - পেমেন্ট তথ্যঃ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করুনঃ Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card, POS on Delivery, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking.

Step 4 · Review and Place Order

a. Review order summary including products, quantities, shipping details, and grand total.

b. Click on the checkbox to agree to Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancelation.

c. "Place Order" to confirm the purchase.

ধাপ ৪ - অর্ডার পর্যালোচনা এবং অর্ডার দিনঃ
ক. অর্ডার সারাংশ পর্যালোচনা করুন, যাতে পণ্য, পরিমাণ, শিপিং বিবরণ এবং মোট মূল্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
খ. Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancelation নীতিতে সম্মত হওয়ার জন্য চেকবক্সে ক্লিক করুন।
গ. "Place order" এ ক্লিক করে ক্রয় নিশ্চিত করুন।

Order Confirmation

  • Customers will receive an information SMS including the order number to the registered mobile number.
  • Orders will be confirmed after a confirmation call from us.

৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
গ্রাহকরা নিবন্ধিত মোবাইল নম্বরে অর্ডার নম্বর সহ একটি তথ্য এসএমএস পাবেন।
আমাদের কাছ থেকে নিশ্চিতকরণ কল পাওয়ার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হবে।

Order Tracking

When products are assigned to a delivery vehicle, customers will receive a shipping confirmation SMS.

Customers can track orders from the dashboard in the following manner:

✔ Order placed ✔ Confirmed ✔ Handover to courier / Ready for pickup ✔ Completed

৫. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং
যখন পণ্য ডেলিভারি গাড়িতে বরাদ্দ করা হয়, তখন গ্রাহকরা একটি শিপিং নিশ্চিতকরণ এসএমএস পাবেন।
গ্রাহকরা নিচের উপায়ে ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন:
✔ Order placed  ✔ Confirmed  ✔ Handover to courier/ Ready for pickup  ✔ Completed

Conditions / শর্তাবলী

    Customers acknowledge and accept that if products become out of stock after placing orders, the order will be canceled without any questions or disputes.

    গ্রাহকরা স্বীকার করেন এবং মেনে নেন যে পণ্য অর্ডার করার পরে স্টকে না থাকলে, অর্ডার বিনা প্রশ্ন বা বিতর্ক ছাড়াই বাতিল করা হবে।

    In case of "Regular Delivery", products are delivered within 1 to 5 working days for Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Bogura, Mymensingh, Barishal, Kushtia, Dinajpur, Sylhet metropolitan areas, and Jashore city corporation area. Customers must collect products from the main gate, as delivery person will not enter the building.

    "Regular delivery" এর ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, খুলনা, রাজশাহী, রংপুর, বগুড়া, ময়মনসিংহ, বরিশাল, কুষ্টিয়া, দিনাজপুর, সিলেট মহানগর এলাকাগুলি এবং যশোর সিটি কর্পোরেশন এলাকায় ১ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়। গ্রাহককে মূল গেট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে, কারণ ডেলিভারি কর্মী বিল্ডিংয়ে প্রবেশ করবে না।

    In case of "Express Delivery", products are delivered within 24 hours for Dhaka metropolitan area only.

    "Express delivery" এর ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মহানগর এলাকায় ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়।

    In case of "Courier Delivery", products are delivered all over Bangladesh within 1 to 7 working days.

    "Courier delivery" ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ১ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র সরবরাহ করা হয়।

    For courier delivery, if the order amount exceeds 30,000 BDT, a minimum advance payment of 5,000 BDT is required.

    "Courier delivery" ক্ষেত্রে, অর্ডার মূল্য ৩০,০০০ টাকার বেশি হলে কমপক্ষে ৫,০০০ টাকা অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

    In case of "Store Pickup", customers will collect products from any branch of Fusion Tech.

    "Store pickup" এর ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকরা Fusion Tech এর যে কোনো শাখা থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করবেন।

  7. 7
    In case of "Back-order" and "Upcoming" products, products are delivered within the time specified on the website.

    "Backorder" এবং "Upcoming" পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়।

  8. 8
    For "Back-ordered", "Pre-order" or "Upcoming" products, 20% deposit of the total amount is required to be paid in advance.

    "Back-ordered", "Pre-order" or "Upcoming" পণ্যের জন্য, মোট পরিমাণের ২০% ডিপোজিট অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

  9. 9
    There is no charge applicable for "Regular Delivery". However, charges are applicable for "Express Delivery" and "Courier Delivery".

    "Regular delivery" এর জন্য কোনো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে, "Express delivery" এবং "Courier delivery" এর জন্য চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

  10. 10
    For customers in remote areas, products must be collected from the nearest courier point.

    দূরবর্তী এলাকায় গ্রাহকদের নিকটতম কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

  11. 11
    Delivery time may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances.

    অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

  12. 12
    Products will be handed over to customers when payment is completed.

    পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ হলে পণ্য গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
