Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability, location, and external factors beyond our control. We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe and keep customers informed of any delays through SMS and phone notifications.

Refund & Return Policy
In accordance with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, customers are entitled to return products and receive a refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return: Products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Wrong product delivery is also eligible for return.
Refund Process: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bKash/Nagad or store credit as per customer preference.
Non-returnable Items: Software licenses, OEM products with activated warranty, and items where the factory seal has been broken by the customer.
রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি
ডিজিটাল কমার্স অপারেশন গাইডলাইন ২০২১ অনুযায়ী, গ্রাহকরা নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে এবং রিফান্ড পেতে অধিকারী:
রিটার্নযোগ্য: ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল অবস্থায় প্রাপ্ত পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ফটোগ্রাফিক প্রমাণসহ রিপোর্ট করতে হবে। ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারিও রিটার্নযোগ্য।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া: প্রি-পেইড অর্ডারের জন্য রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। সিওডি অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহকের পছন্দ অনুযায়ী বিকাশ/নগদ বা স্টোর ক্রেডিটের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না এমন পণ্য: সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স, ওয়ারেন্টি সক্রিয় করা OEM পণ্য এবং গ্রাহক দ্বারা ফ্যাক্টরি সিল ভাঙা পণ্য।
Complaint Resolution
We are committed to resolving customer complaints promptly and fairly. Our complaint resolution process follows the guidelines set by the Government of Bangladesh:
Step 1: Submit your complaint via email to [email protected] or call +880 1301-774762.
Step 2: We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7 working days.
Step 3: If unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to the relevant government authority as per the Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021.
অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি
আমরা গ্রাহক অভিযোগ দ্রুত এবং ন্যায্যভাবে নিষ্পত্তি করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া বাংলাদেশ সরকার কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত গাইডলাইন অনুসরণ করে:
ধাপ ১: [email protected] -এ ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে বা +৮৮০ ১৩০১-৭৭৪৭৬২ নম্বরে কল করে আপনার অভিযোগ জমা দিন।
ধাপ ২: আমরা ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার অভিযোগ স্বীকার করব এবং ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সমাধান প্রদান করব।
ধাপ ৩: সন্তুষ্ট না হলে, ডিজিটাল কমার্স গাইডলাইন ২০২১ অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে বিষয়টি উন্নীত করতে পারেন।

FusionTech is committed to protecting the personal data of our customers. We collect and process personal information in compliance with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and applicable data protection laws of Bangladesh.
Data Collection: We collect name, phone number, email, delivery address, and payment information necessary for order processing.
Data Security: All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers. Customer data is never sold to third parties without explicit consent.
